Welcome
To my portfolio website. I am an illustrator, designer, and artist living in Sunny Southern California with my lovely family. Since I was a very young child, I have been drawing, making picture books, and playing puppetries. I love the soft color with bold accents, watercolor paint layers, stories, wildflowers, rain, anything that mother nature provides, quirkiness, whimsy, and whales.
After studying Visual Communication Design in Seoul National University and graduating from the Experimental Animation program in CalArts, I had taught animation and motion picture courses at Art Institute and made animations and illustrations for several children’s books and educational publishers. My works are also licensed to the magazine and greeting card companies, including American Greetings, Crickets Media, Spirituality & Health, and Picture Window Books.
I am currently working for Disney Consumer Product and proudly represented by Plum Pudding Agency. Please contact my agent for exciting projects and collaboration opportunities.
